We speak on Senate Bill 155, a bill to create the legal framework for a central bank digital currency and to change the definition of money in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. We recommend Kentucky residents call 1-800-372-7181 to recommend that their state House of Representatives member vote NO on SB155.
